About this module:
Most jurisdictions require that all security personnel must undergo a training program on Crime Scene Investigation – Evidence – Preserving the Incident Scene. This course module is part of Security Officer Training Program by Public Safety Institute. This training module fulfils the training requirements for Crime Scenes – Evidence and Preserving the Incident Scene and may be used in conjunction with other training modules.
In this module of the Security Officer Training Program, the officer will be provided with an understanding of all the guidelines for the receipt, processing, safeguarding and disposition of physical evidence at the incident scene. In this training module:
- The officer will learn about the Evidence Handling Procedures.
- The officer will learn about the Types of Evidences.
- The officer will learn about Evidence Depository.
- The officer will learn about Property and Chain of Custody.

I have Over 30 years of experience in the criminal justice field. I'm a former Staff Sargent, U.S Marine (Infantry and Embassy Duty) and Police Officer!
I ran a Criminal Justice Program for a private college and helped hundreds of individuals to get into Law Enforcement, Security, Corrections, and other public safety careers.
I was a former police officer and have real world street experience. I loved going out on patrol every day, making arrest, doing vehicle stops, investigations, drug testing, and perfecting my officer safety tactics and techniques.
